1) Event Coordinator

Gain a complete understanding of the requirements for each event.
-
Maintain a working relationship with sponsors. Be the point of contact when reaching out to companies for raffle giveaways. Each event should have a minimum of at least 3 sponsors.

Coordinate event logistics and services, including technology and equipment needed to run the events, food, drinks, etc.
-
Assist with selling up and breaking down for the Street Saturday’s event. Your start time is 9am every Saturday.

Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events.
-
Ability to delegate event planning tasks to other team members or volunteers where necessary. Assist with planning Art & Dines.

Manage event set-up, tear down and follow-ups.
2) Administrative Assistant
-
Research Visual Artists, Photographers and Musical talent.
-
Contact Press outlets and have them cover our events. (Hype Bae, Refinery29, Fader, NY Times, etc)

Book product sponsors for each event (minimum of 4 per event)

Update website when needed, we use Squarespace.
-
Assistance with planning events, booking talent and vendors.
-
Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
-
Support members of the team through providing basic administrative support when needed.
3) Marketing Assistant

Execute marketing strategies for all events and new merchandise launches

Create reports on marketing performances.
-
Assist with social media by monitoring the account and creating content.
-
Create marketing strategies for the company’s website content.
-
Schedule and create bi-weekly newsletters.
-
Create surveys, polls and questionnaires for our events and social media pages to understand our customer needs.

Maintain spreadsheets and a database information and statistics found through research

Maintain good communications and company relations with clients with excellent customer service and people skills
-
Apply marketing analytical techniques

Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns
