Skin Care Habits Everyone Needs

The one thing in this world people want more than the latest phone is smooth, clear skin. How can someone keep their skin clean? Well that is what I will be talking about. And although, these tips might seem like a no brainer to most people but somewhere out there is someone who is looking for these tips so I will give it to them. So first things your skin care comprises of 3 parts:

  1. What you put into your body,

  2. What you put onto your body

  3. How you take care of your body.

1. I know especially if you’re a person who is always busy this might seem hard but eating the right foods helps with your complexion. I mean it’s like they say, “You are what you eat.” Not only will eating right help with your skin, it will also make you feel better. And the easiest way to do this on a busy schedule is to take a day in the week--or 2 days if you wanna do half a week and then the other half another day--is to meal prep. You need to eat foods that are rich in antioxidants, omega threes, vitamins and zinc.

2. Another thing is to drink a lot of water. I know you’re probably like ugh but it’s true I personally live on water more than any other type of beverage and my skin is very clear. So drinking more water and less sugary drinks is another thing to keep in mind for clear skin. You can also eat your water, there are plenty of fruits and veggies that contain water in them. Another good way to flush out toxins is the new celery juice craze, I personally haven’t tried this but I know people who have and swear by it.

3. Working out is another way to get your skin looking awesome. When you work out not only are you making yourself and your body feel good but you are sweating out toxins in your body. Not saying to start working out 7 days a week but maybe a few days a week. Last but not least get yourself a skincare routine. Find products that work for your skin and have a routine for both morning and night.
