Rihanna Stalker Is Back On The Street And Says He Won’t Leave Her Alone
Rihanna stalker, Salmir Feratovic was arrested outside of Rihanna’s place in New York City this week.
Feratovic, 33, pled guilty to criminal trespass after his Tuesday morning arrest. Prosecutors wanted him locked up for 5 days. The judge agreed, but gave Feratovic credit for time served and he was back on the streets by Wednesday afternoon.
Feratovic tells TMZ his latest arrest will not stop him from pursuing Rihanna. This was not the first attempt that he tried to go after the pop star. Feratovic was also arrested in 2016 when he showed up unannounced and uninvited to Rihanna’s SoHo building. He’d already tried to sneak into her building earlier in 2016; both times he was stopped by the building doorman. On his second visit attempt, he was arrested. Authorities said he had a knife on him when he was arrested but Feratovic claimed he wasn't going to physically harm the superstar singer.
This is not the first stalker that Rihanna had. Back in 2014, a homeless man identified as Kevin Mcglynn, 53, was caught three times on surveillance video attempting to deliver harassing and vulgar letters to the singer.
NY County Assistant District Attorney James Vinocur told a judge that Mcglynn called Rihanna names such as “b*****” and wrote about them having a relationship, which according to the prosecutor was completely baseless.
“The nature of these letters (is) confusing. They all do indicate a personal relationship, as I indicated before, that simply does not exist,” the prosecutor said.
It is unclear if Rihanna will increase her security since Salmir Feratovic is on the streets again.
