Rihanna Channels Amelia Earhart For The Cover Of Harper's Bazaar
Rihanna graces the cover of Harper's Bazaar for the 3rd time! This time around they are celebrating their 150th anniversary. In this cover no Rihanna was not in a sharks mouth or swimming in the sea instead she was channeling Amelia Earhart, the first woman to fly alone across the Atlantic Ocean. Which is very clever because March is women's history month so it makes sense to highlight a historic and courageous woman like, Amelia Earhart.
Here's what Rihanna had to say about Earhart,
“There’s something so special about a woman who dominates in a man’s world. It takes a certain grace, strength, intelligence, fearlessness, and the nerve to never take no for an answer. Amelia Earhart was such a dynamic force in her industry, setting multiple aviation records in her time. So it was a no-brainer for me to team up with Harper’s Bazaar in honor of a woman who held her own with the big boys.”
