Motivational Tips For A Healthy Body! Yes, You Can Do It!

Everyone should take their health serious, it's extremely important. Eating right, exercising, and being wonder women is our top priority. Sadly this extravagant life-style takes work and knowledge. Exercising is a key component of staying fit and toned A body in motion stays in motion.

Waking up early in the morning can be a drag, especially when you know you have work at 9 a.m. Without planning your workouts, it can lead to laziness and even weight gain. Here are some of my favorite tips I use to help me stay motivated and gym ready in the morning.

First off, get some shut eye. You should be getting enough sleep, typically about 7-8 hours during the night to ensure a good night sleep. Sleeping the right amount of hours will actually benefit your weight loss. Nobody is going to feel energetic in the morning to workout when you only had 3 hours of sleep. In that case, take a rest day, being too tired and fatigued at the gym can lead to injury.

Second,get some cute new apparel. It’s always more fun to exercise when your looking like a rockstar in new spandex leggings, or new tropical looking sneakers. Plan out your outfit the night before so you can get right to your exercise. Don’t worry about others reactions, wear what you want.

Third, listen to some awesome new tunes, or even oldies hits. Mix up your playlist, its always a different feel when your listening to not your regular tunes. Spice your treadmill sprint with some country tunes, or disco pop. Creating a new playlist once in a while makes the workout less boring and more exciting.

Lastly, plan your meals a days worth ahead of time, and prep them in containers. planning out your days worth of meals a day ahead of time helps strengthen your mind when in calls for your breakfast, lunch and snacks. Creating meals ahead of time can ensure goals and great outlook on diet. Since you already know what your having for your meals, it would less likely lead you to binge eating the donuts and bagels provided at work.
