Meet The 7-Year-Old Artist Who's Launching Her Own Streetwear Collection
Can you remember what you were doing when you were seven? Giana, aka Lil G, has achieved more things at the age of seven than most adults do in their lifetime. Giana is a 7-year-old artist, who started off using old issues of her mother’s Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar to recreate ads as art. She started drawing at the age of 3 and now with the support of her parents has her own art and apparel brand. This young artist uses colored pencils, paint, and crayons to create her art. With these tools, she has recreated dozens of iconic photos into artwork, like the Kate Moss Supreme photo. At only seven she has already hosted a number of pop-up art shows across the U.S.
Artwork isn't the only thing Giana is working on she has other things up her sleeve. This young lady will be launching her streetwear collection with the kidswear brand Haus of JR. It is due to Giana's artwork that has led to her appeal brand. Her artwork got the attention of MÊME resulting in a apparel collaboration. It may seem like Giana has her career all figured out, but when she grows up she wants to continue with her artwork and be a scientist.
“I would love to be a science star. I just want to be super good at science and become a scientist. I really like science, because you can mix liquids. I would like to try new things with my art too. I wish to color in my drawings with fabric and material to use for color in the clothes.”
