Kholè Kardashian’s Tips On How To Eat Fast Food Without Ruining Your Diet
Kholè Kardashian who PEOPLE reports to losing 40 pounds due to training and exercise, shares her secrets for staying slim while on the go in a new blog post on her site.
“Even though clean eating is my M.O., sometimes I find myself in situations where there just isn’t an avocado smoothie or quinoa salad on the menu,” she writes in her post, according to PEOPLE. “When your only options are the Golden Arches or Colonel Sanders, you don't have to throw your whole diet out the window!”
PEOPLE also reported that Kardashian, 32, looks to chicken-based meals but does not touch anything breaded. She does not recommend drinking soda and eating french fries.
Khloè shares three fast food meals she goes to when she's watching her waistline. At McDonald’s she orders Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich (360 calories) and is packed with protein she says. While at Taco Bell, she gets two chicken soft tacos from the fresco menu (350 calories) and stays away from “anything smothered, supreme, wrapped in a Dorito, or XXL-sized,” PEOPLE reported.
Kardashian recommends if you’re in KFC, the Kentucky Grilled Chicken Breast with sweet kernel corn and green beans (310 calories) is the way to go. “This dish is packed with vitamins A, C, and E,”, she writes, PEOPLE reported. It also features lean protein which a recent observational suggests can lower the risk of early death from nine common ailments.
Khloè says she achieved her target weight by working out, but maintaining a balanced diet helped her as well. Her advice, aligned with the CDC, (The Center for Disease Control and Prevention) is to changing your daily eating and exercise habits to create a lasting and sustainable lifestyle. Also, to increase the chances of keeping off the weight, the CDC recommends staying away from “diets” and “programs” and instead losing weight gradually.
Fast food goers can take this advice and still be fit!
