Aden took to Instagram to describe the moment as surreal. She also spoke on the magazine’s website about the importance of her appearance on the cover. The 19-year-old model stated,

“every little girl deserves to see a role model that’s dressed like her, resembles her or even has the same characteristics as her. I think beauty is for everyone.”
