Brie Larson’s Costume For Upcoming Marvel Film Is A Tad...Different
Academy-award winning actress Brie Larson’s latest role as Air Force pilot Carol Danvers in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film Captain Marvel, has fans scratching their heads a tad. For one thing, the costume of the classic heroine is a bit different in color scheme.
In some of the newly captured photos from the film set in Atlanta, Larson can be seen wearing a black and green costume, as opposed to the character’s usual black and red. In regard to the costume choice, Walt Disney Studios had no comment on the matter. The costume choice could be a flashback of sorts to more of Carol’s origin story, but everything as of now is up in the air. The iconic heroine first appeared in print in 1977 for the issue Ms. Marvel #1.
The character has come a long way since her first introduction in the comics, and, as of 2012, took on the new title of Captain Marvel over Ms Marvel. The upcoming adaptation is being directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, and will be out for wide release on March 8, 2019. I’m sorry but there’s way too many questions already from these photos guys. WE NEED ANSWERS NOW MARVEL!
